1) 😳 Bad news for wind?:
The wind energy industry is hitting its first major crisis, across the US + Europe more than 10 offshore projects have been delayed. The risk factors for wind are inflation, supply chain backlogs, rising interest rates, long permit and grid connection timelines. 2) 🤑 Cost of the Energy Transition:
New study by economists finds how much the energy transition will cost different economic groups. The wealthy (top 1%) will lost less than 1% of their wealth, and the half of citizens in the lowest economic groups will lost only 3.5% of their wealth. But, these costs are only temporary, study finds that the energy transition will save the world $4.2 trillion per year. Learn more here.

Many people are interested in extracting hydrogen from underground reservoirs to get hydrogen as an energy source. But, is this a green solution? New study finds that this could increase global warming. Learn more here.
