1) πŸ“ˆ New Transmission Rulings from FERC:

The Federal Energy Regulatory Committee passed two new rulings that aim to significantly speed up the transmission backlog facing the renewable industry today. The rulings include updated processes and permitting timelines for new projects, as well as more frequent updates on regional transmission plans. Read more here
 

2) πŸ’΅ White House Unveils New Tariffs:

The Biden administration unveiled a new set of tariffs aimed against China on aluminum, batteries, electric vehicles, solar cells and steel. The goal of these tariffs is to help boost the US domestic supply chain, and prohibit cheaper Chinese goods from flooding the market. Read more here.
